Our first room in Scotland, and still the only one. Travertine and blush velvet, brushed gold overhead, and circular windows that frame the Old Town like paintings. Come for brunch, stay far too long, leave with something on your camera roll.

Curved blush banquettes, a counter cut from a single run of stone, and a ceiling of brushed gold fins that changes colour as the light goes. The circular windows are the reason people ask for a table by the glass, and the reason they get there early.

Haute Dolci key holders get member pricing, a birthday thing and first look at new drops. Keys are found, won, gifted or bought, never handed out for filling in a form, which is rather the point of them.
